You can choose a chimney that is fully, semi or uninsulated according to taste and heat requirements. All three options can be top or rear mounted on the fireplace, however the chimney must be fully-insulated through the upper floor and loft.
Is quick and easy With NVI’s chimney systems it is easy for you to build a good quality, safe chimney in a minimum of space. The steel chimney consists of modules that are fitted together using interlocking parts which are then fixed using a clamp. The fully-insulated chimney has an internal diameter of 150 mm and weighs only 15 kg/m. This simplifies things when assembling the chimney as it can be easily handled by only one person.
The stainless steel inner pipe is available in four diameters: 125, 150, 190 and 250 mm. If the fireplace has different dimensions we can handle this using an adapter or we can manufacture what is needed. NVI’s chimney system can be angled and offset, which increases the chances of placing the stove in the right position in the room.
NVI can be offset using six standard angles: 15°, 30°, 45°, 52°, 63° and 90°.
The insulation is 30 or 60 mm thick, top quality mineral wool with the market’s highest volumetric weight, 140 kg/m.
Stacks are also available in around twenty different colours, as well as copper and stainless steel at an extra cost. |

| Now you can easily change the colour of your chimney. Näldens värmeindustri AB has developed the ability to change the colour of the chimney, without replace the chimney. You put a sweep on the outside of the existing chimney. |

For example, on a floor where the chimney is visible and you want to switch to a different colour. All you need is a RAL number of the colour you want so you can create a personal home with different colours.
You can also get top plate or floor plate of the same colour as the tube or why not the same colour as the roof!?
You may also want to have trendy glossy black tubes above the stove? Easy to slip and strap on the outside of the existing pipe.

In mid October we tested NVI2000 for flue gas temperature 600 º C in National Testing.
It turned out that our straight fully-insulated chimney survived both operational - and sootfire in the chimney test with excellent results.
The temperature of the combustible material in the floor screening, which may be a maximum of 85 º C was only just over 70 º C with the same safety distance that is 5 cm. This only applies to straight and not curved chimneys.
This is another strong argument in conjunction with our 25 year warranty communicate quality, safety and security of our product.
